Program Offerings For Mind Your Strength Coaching

From Good to Great “Take care of your mind as well as your body

6 Week Coaching Program Offering:

6x 1-1 Coaching Sessions (60 min.) conducted over the phone, on Skype, or in person (Avon Lake office), plus weekly email support, tools/worksheets, newsletters ,videos, and blog posts, provided to you via email during our 6 week program.

Focus:

Week 1– Managing our mind: Recognizing the difference between circumstances and thoughts, an introduction to the Model and how it relates to a stronger Mind-Body Connection

Week 2- Managing our mind continued: How feelings are generated, what drives actions and ultimately results; we will begin to apply the Model,

Week 3- Why exercise? It’s not for weight loss; we will look at the current connection with exercise

Week 4- Introduction to Eating Tools: The Hunger Scale, 4 Types of Eating, how to listen to what our bodies are actually saying.

Week 5- Learning how to Process Feelings: What do we do with unpleasant emotions? How do we generate positive ones and everything in between.

Week 6- Putting it all together: Applying it and seeing the results


Power Hour

1-60 min. phone or Skype session, an emergent call: dive right in and cover as much as possible to address your emergent issue.


12x 1-1 Coaching Sessions (60 min.) conducted over the phone, on Skype, or in person (Avon Lake office), plus weekly email support, tools/worksheets, videos, newsletters, and blog posts, all provided to you via email during our 12 week program.

In these sessions we will have more time and opportunity to learn and apply the skills taught during the 6 weeks, but on a much deeper level. I will provide support along the way to cement the change and results you want to create in your life. You will walk away with life-long skills to sustain mental strength to compliment your physical fitness, meditation and/or yoga practices.
